Established in 1999 in Rochester, NY, Poseidon Systems has quickly become an industry leader in real-time condition monitoring solutions. The launch of the FerroQ is a continuation of innovative technologies that have fueled the company’s growth, 

The opportunity of the FerroQ is substantial; telling the story through explainer / product showcase videos will certainly drive sales and revenue. The focal points will be the portability of the product,  the direct software connect technology, and the immediacy and accuracy of results. Lastly, FerroQ will be the only ISO certified device once testing is complete later this year.

FerroQ target audiences:

  • Grease/oil monitoring & analysis on-site at a location
  • Engineers, technical leads specifically looking for this product & capability
  • Lab-site that processes grease/oil regularly

The scope of the partnership is outlined below:

Video Production

SJMG will create video assets to promote Poseidon Systems’ FerroQ Ferrous Wear Analyzer. The goal is to draw prospective customers to consider the FerroQ for their oil/grease sampling needs. We will showcase the FerroQ’s functions and differentiating features such as portability, detection range, connection to software, accuracy, and exclusive ISO certification. The style will be clear, understandable, and engaging – focused on demonstrating the device’s superior functionality and ease-of-use.

    • Creation of two video assets.

      • One full-length for website (approximately 2 minutes).

      • One short version for digital advertising (approximately 15 seconds).

      • SJMG to develop original script with deliberate messaging in consultation with Poseidon.

    • Pre-production to include:

      • Development of original script with deliberate messaging in consultation with Poseidon.

      • Content curated for FerroQ and aligned with the Poseidon brand.

    • Production to include shoots as follows:

      • Main footage captured in one half-day shoot at Poseidon facility replicating lab environment.

      • Additional “on-location” b-roll captured in short shoots at other locations if possible.

      • Professional-grade camera and lighting equipment will be utilized to produce the greatest stylistic effect.

    • Post-production including:

      • Video editing, color grading, and incorporation of branded motion graphics and text reinforcements.

      • Casting and recording of a professional voiceover.

      • Audio optimization, sourcing and licensing of an appropriate music track.

      • Culminates in HD 1080p digitized files for unlimited use.

Investment Structure

We propose a project-based structure be adopted for this collaboration between Poseidon Systems and Steven James Media Group. 

The project cost is $6,925, with half due upon conception and half upon completion. Any additional services or needs can be considered and agreed upon separately.
